Exports and reports
Click Export on a study, a comparison or a selection of projects. Choose one or more formats (PDF, Presentation, CSV, Assets ZIP), pick the sections and optionally add a client name and note for the cover. One media type per report; reports are in English.
Where to export
- On a study page, click Export Report in the header.
- In Compare, or after selecting several projects in Projects, click Export to create a comparison report.
- A project's menu Export (in Projects, in a folder or on the dashboard) opens the same export window for that project.
Step 1: Choose formats
You can pick several formats at once (PDF is selected by default).
| Format | What you get |
|---|---|
| PDF Report | A ready-to-share report with the sections you choose. |
| Presentation | The same content as a PowerPoint deck you can edit. |
| CSV data | Raw scores for your own analysis (details below). |
| Assets (ZIP) | The creative plus its attention images: heatmap, fogmap and, for images, the gaze plot and the heatmap/fogmap overlays. A comparison has one folder per creative. |
Step 2: Choose sections and the cover
Every report starts with a cover: the title, your optional Client name and Note, the date, the number of creatives, their thumbnails with E-Scores, and the list of sections. Then tick the sections you want:
- Overview & score: the E-Score and its pillars.
- Attention heatmap: plus the gaze plot for images.
- Fogmap.
- Detailed metrics: every emotion and attention metric, with the benchmark value and difference.
- Sector benchmark: the comparison group used.
- AI insights: Copilot's summary and recommendations.
- Areas of interest: single-image reports only.
- Temporal curves: video reports only.
A comparison report adds:
- Side-by-side scorecard,
- Winner & ranking table,
- Metric deltas: differences versus the best creative and versus the first one.
What's in the CSV
- Images: one row per creative with its name, the comparison group and its values, the E-Score, Emotion, Valence, the eight emotions, Attention, Clarity, Focus, Spread, Mental Demand, the AI insight text, the areas of interest (all of a creative's areas in one cell, with their attention share, viewing time and reference values) and each recommendation in its own column.
- Videos: a ZIP with a summary file (one row per video, same columns) plus one frame-by-frame file per video, so you can chart the timeline yourself.
The CSV uses UTF-8 and a dot as decimal separator. If your spreadsheet uses a decimal comma, choose "." as the decimal separator when importing.
Generating and downloading
You can generate up to two reports at the same time. Longer reports keep generating in the background. Earlier reports of a study are listed under "Your reports" so you can download them again. Remove report takes one off that list; its files can then no longer be downloaded from there.
