Plans and analyses
In short
Your plan is managed by your Emotiva account manager. Each creative you analyse uses one analysis when it starts.
Your plan
Your Foresight plan is set up and managed by your Emotiva account manager. You'll find it in Settings → Plan(opens Foresight in a new tab):
- the plan type: Unlimited or Metered;
- how many analyses are left in the current period;
- when the plan renews or expires;
- your team seats;
- the storage used by your uploads.
The dashboard's analyses widget and the counter in the header show the same allowance at a glance.
What uses an analysis
- One creative = one analysis, image or video. A batch of ten files uses ten analyses. The wizard shows how many an upload will use and how many will remain before you start.
- The analysis is counted when it starts. Deleting the project later does not give it back.
- Re-analysing a creative with different settings is a new upload, so it uses another analysis.
Some user roles (such as Researcher) can view projects but can't create analyses.
When the allowance runs out
If your plan has expired or you've used all your analyses, the New analysis wizard tells you at the first step. Your existing projects stay accessible: an expired plan only stops new analyses. Contact your account manager to renew the plan or raise the limit.
