History and past analyses
There is no separate archive. Every analysis run in your account stays in Projects, with its original results, until someone deletes it. Most "missing" campaigns are inside a folder, further down the list, or were run from a colleague's account.
Where older analyses live
Foresight has no separate archive. Every analysis run in your account stays in Projects(opens Foresight in a new tab) until someone deletes it, whether it was run last week or last year. Analyses are kept indefinitely: there is no expiry, and updates to Foresight don't remove them.
Each analysis also keeps the results it was produced with: its scores and heatmaps are fixed when it runs and don't change when Foresight's models or benchmarks are updated later. The comparison group you chose is kept too, with the group averages of the benchmark generation the analysis was run against.
"I can't find a campaign I tested a few months ago"
Work through these checks in order, they cover almost every case.
- Search with Enter. Type part of the campaign or project name in "Search a project…" and press Enter. This searches the names of all your projects, including those inside folders. A result inside a folder shows "In folder '…' – open folder".
- Look inside folders. Projects that sit in a folder don't appear in the main Projects list, only in their folder and in search. Batch uploads are grouped into a new folder by default (often named after the batch, or "Multiple Assets"), so a whole campaign can be one folder. Open the folders listed at the top of Projects.
- Load older pages. Projects load in pages as you scroll. Sort by Oldest, or keep scrolling until "Loading more projects…" stops. Filters only apply to projects that are already loaded.
- Check "Shared with me". If a colleague ran the analysis, it lives in their account. You see it only if they shared it with you, ask them to share it, then use the Shared with me pill. See Sharing and teams.
- Check the account and team. Make sure you're signed in with the same account that ran the analysis. In company accounts with several teams or business units, what you see can depend on your role: some users see only their own unit's projects, while administrators see all of them. If a campaign was run by another unit, ask its owner to share it or ask your administrator.
If none of this finds it, contact your Emotiva account manager or support with the campaign name and the approximate date it was tested, so they can locate it.
Analyses from earlier Emotiva tools
If you tested creatives with an earlier, separate Emotiva tool or dashboard before you started using the current Foresight app, those analyses have been imported and appear in your Projects like any other. If one seems to be missing, follow the checks above, then contact your Emotiva account manager or support.
You can always upload the creative again as a new analysis (this uses one analysis from your plan).
Older analyses look different
- No AI insights. Analyses made before AI insights were introduced open normally but show "This study has no AI insights". Their scores, heatmaps and benchmark comparisons are complete. To get insights, upload the creative again as a new analysis.
- An older benchmark generation. An older analysis keeps the benchmark generation it was run against, so its comparison values can differ from those of a new analysis of the same creative. See Benchmark versions and updates.
